Moving from a 32 bit to 64 bit laptop. Lightburn loaded fine. Got an error that VCRuntime140_1.dll was missing. Repaired the Visual C++ install. Rebooted. Same error. Removed Visual C++. Rebooted. Reinstalled Visual C++. Rebooted. Same error.
I really dont have a clue where to go from here.
