Still experimenting with cutting veneers from various patterns.
I cut these and assembled them onto some panels just to compare various wood combos. Not wanting to let them just sit around unused, I built a small vase/box around them .
Stands about 7" high and 5" wide.
Walnut legs with cherry frames. Various veneer wood combos, some look great, others are a little bland.

Jim, I’m a dog person as well, but a while back we had a cat and I learned that many cat lovers like to also collect “cat accessories” so I figured I could get an easy sell. Pure greed, but the design just called out as being ripe for an experiment.
…that’s right, I know the first 3 in my family who will buy anything with a cat on it. Your handiwork with the beautiful wood is at least as beautiful as the laser work itself.
