Verry low power! More info

My laser is a TTS-20 PRO and I am using Lightburn.
I changed the settings in Lightburn to use the rotary setup for burning. I think that I copied all the new settings in a file folder but when I wanted to change back to the previious settings the folder was empty!! PANIC TIME. ! Started reading and watching videos and I can not get the laser to fire 100% anymore. I have S-Value 1000 and the $32=1 with no luck. Are there other important settings that I missed?
Any help is very appreciated. Thanks.
This are my readings. Can somebody explain to me the very bottom messages. Thanks

Did you modify your $30 manually?

$RST=* in console would be ideal

Also check on Edit > Device settings
What Smax is set. Should be 1000.

Search your drive for an .lbset

This is the extension… clueless to what you called the rest of it

What could you have changed other than the rotational axes acceleration?

:smile_cat:

I did changed $30= 1000 manually and I just notice it shows $10000!! I know, I wanted S-value to be the same like $30= 1000. I will check again.
$RST=* in console, not quit sure what you mean!
In device settings I do have Smax1000.

I did re-installed LB so I think .lbset should be still installed.

This command, when typed in console, changes all $$ settings to their factory defaults.

Thank you very much. I will be unavailable for a few days due to shoulder replacement surgery on Friday and will report back as soon as I can.

No Rush Franco,

Good luck with your surgery and speedy recovery.

Thanks so much Gil.

Hi Gill
I am now back from surgery! I have tried to figure it out but with no positive results. I took pictures of all of the machine and LB settings in Lightburn. I did change the cables and bought a new USB hub but it didn’t appear to make a difference.
When you have time, I would really appreciate it, if you could look at the pictures, the machine settings and the LB settings and see if you notice any errors in my settings. If you don’t see anything wrong is it possible? that perhaps if I had the wrong settings when I fired up the laser that I accidentally did some damage to the power supply?
I will look forward to your feedback when you have time.
Thanks
Franco

Question does your TTS have Z motor?
You have it enabled. I think it doesn’t.
That could be causing lots of problems, so lets start there.

Second question is, does your TTS 20 pro have limit switches, does it home on start up?

No Z motor and yes it does home on startup, no limit switches.

OK so!
I am sure when it homes it makes a lot of noise and trys to go past the ends right?

Go to Edit > Machine settings
Click Homing cycle to off > Click Write

Edit > Device settings
Uncheck all these:

Then move laser to front left, power it on
Then try to run a small box engrave

I unchecked the boxes and run a test. No different.
