Verticale lines everywhere

I’ve been using my new Ortur Laser Master 2 for the last week with no issues… and just now it started acting up. All of a sudden all thise weird vertical lines appear out of nowhere. I haven’t changed a setting… I checked my belts but they seem fine. What am I missing here?

I tried to engrave all letters individual but ended up with the same problem

Select the text you are generating and click the Preview button.
The button looks like a flat panel monitor in the top row of tools.

Please capture the image in the Preview window with a screen capture tool and post it in a reply. I would like to see if the strange behaviour is being requested or if the strange behaviour is happening between the controller and the laser.
