I had a similar problem with another engraver.
I did manage to get an image with it.
Have a look at the camera lens to see if it’s got a protective film on it from the factory. I was supposed to remove it - it wasn’t in the instructions.

The thing is the live video feed looks pretty clear until a background photo is taken for the place.
It is so blurry it is extremely difficult to make out where the edges of the material fall. (On a 2x6 wood board) Various lighting options don’t help .
Is this a manual focus camera? If so, have you focused the camera?
