Hi, I’m having trouble setting the speed below 20mm/s, of course I can reduce the speed but the laser doesn’t work, can anyone help, thanks in advance for your help.

This could be an interaction between you laser’s Start Speed setting and the Minimum power setting you’re applying in LightBurn. Below a given Start Speed, your laser will only fire at the Minimum power you’ve set - if the Minimum power is below a given threshold (roughly 10% of your tube wattage, so 5% in your case), and you’re below Start Speed, the laser won’t fire at all.
