With 500 attendee badges to make for LBX 2025, it was time to put all the machines we have at HQ to practical use. In part one of our three part our series on the making of our LBX badges, we take you through the process of laying out graphics in LightBurn using Tool Layers and Grid Array, then cutting hundreds of badge blanks.
You can use a similar process for any project, to maximize material usage, plan out how much material you need, and estimate how long your production process will take.
