Waiting for connection…please help

Keeps saying waiting for connection in console. I’ve restarted computer, updated lightburn and tried different usb ports. Computer makes connect/disconnect sound when I unplug usb so I know it’s working.

Is this new install or recent problem?

Not a new install, it’s connected to this laser before with no issues. I updated lightburn just now to see if it would fix it but it did not.

Is it showing up in device manager?
