Warning Errors Troubleshooting

I have used Lightburn with my Ortur LM2Pro for a year.
Suddenly I am unable to connect. This is the error I get:
OLM:GENERAL.

[MSG:Warning: Flame Sensor Disabled by User OverRide]

[MSG:Flame detector Inactive. Luminosity too high]

Grbl 1.1f [‘$’ for help]

[MSG:Power Supply Problem:11V.Check TroubleShooting Section in User Manual]

[MSG:‘$H’|‘$X’ to unlock]

[MSG:Caution: Unlocked]

ok

I have tried to reinstall the new firmware and the laser shuts off and the drive disappears as soon as I copy the .bin file to it.
Can anyone out there help me???
thanks.

this is your problem, why do you think is a firmware problem if you used it for an year without issues?
Firmware is not an A.I. and do not modify himself.

I cannot find this section in the manual. Can you send me a link perhaps?

Looks like your power supply may not be working properly. Can you check your supply for proper 24V?

Deb,
You are going to need someone with electronics experience, like a Ham radio operator or technician. This is not a problem that can easily be remote diagnosed. I am one (actually both) and would not try to diagnose this without some knowledge of the machine. I recently did a power supply diagnosis on a CNC machine in NY, from FL. But I serviced the machines years ago and the other guy had more than normal experience.

I suggest you contact Ortur for just the cost (warranty?) of a power supply , and find your local Techie Type. I will help you as much as I can.

you only need a multimeter to see if the power supply gives you 24V or less, if is less you need to replace it with another equal in V and A

How do you use a multimeter? What does “V and A” mean? If these questions can be answered, then somebody is ready to attack the problem. Who besides me had a meter blow up in their face? Safety first.
