I went back to 1.7 I’ll keep reading and maybe try it later I’m new to Light burn and still unsure of what I’m doing. My machine seems to work better

Best to go to a known stable version, especially if your new to the software.

can someone tell me how to revert to a previous version (like 1.7xx)? This latest release has not been great for me. When bringing in image (.png, .jpg etc) - i vectorize it but the engrave is HORRIBLE.

Go to the download page, download the version you want and install it. No need to uninstall the current version first.

I was able to revert to a previous version. THANK YOU for the quick response. I’m excited about the updates that are talked about in V 2.xx - but there seems to be a few bugs that still need to be refined (my opinion) ….
