WeCreat Vision 20W Camera findable by Win 10 NOT by Win 11 23H2 PC

I am trying to set up a new WeCreat Vision 20W system. A temp Win 10 Laptop sees the system & camera fine wia USB. All functions seem to work correctly.

A Win 11 (23H2) PC sees the system fine but not the camera (same cable). If I load a project, the system will frame and focus but the camera always shows as None in the Camera Control window.

I have tried both Default & Custom under <Settings to no effect.

Any recommendations for what to try next? I REALLY do not want to revert the PC to Win 10 just to see if the camera will show up. The laptop has to go back to it’s main job RSN.

Additional info:
All Win 11 patches, including optional driver updates applied.

When LB starts, the system will do both Framing and Auto focus.

If I go to , I get “Communication with controller failed”, the Laser window status goes from “Ready” to 100% busy and framing stops!

The only way to recover is to change device path from “COM4” to “COM3” where LB can’t see the system, then change back to “COM4” where laser motion works again.

And how long has Win 11 been out?
