I thought about Scanning Offset initially. However, I have heard that the Vision has a problem with a buffer that is too small, which felt more likely to be the cause of .
I am now reading an internal conversation from a colleague about the Vision, and it suggests that it is due to a suboptimal design of the X-axis (Backlash).
Engrave rectangles at different speeds, and a large Line Interval of 0.5mm.
The line shifts should increase at the higher speeds. I suspect that won’t be the case.
I checked in WeCreat Studio, and couldn’t see an option to enable Bi-Directional scanning in their program.
This leads me to believe that the function is unavailable due to hardware or firmware issues.
First of all, a huge thank you Tim and Aaron ! Indeed, the advice you gave me allowed me to solve the sharpness problem of the bidirectional engraving. I applied a line offset of 0.25 mm for 250 (mm/s) and increased the overscan from 2.5% to 5%. I will still refine the settings slightly, but the result is already very good.
