I was making a business card on an aluminum blank (see pre up loaded photo? On the line CEO & President the bottom few lines look missing as the letters are cut off and not curved.
Atomstack A20 v2.
All text was created in lightburn.
Alienware laptop USB fed machine.
The 3rd photo is correct and in a different location on the bed.
It is the bottom 2 rows with the issue
Photo 2,. The bottom few lines on VERENA and Group are missing. It looks good in Preview.
The machine is a few years old (2022) sat for a few years in my shop, but sat in an enclosure.

My best guess is that your machine has a mechanical problem, either with the belt or something loose in the frame or the pinion screw in the pulley…
The machine may be pulling a little crooked due to lack of lubrication or dirt…
in picture 2, if you move your template from bottom to top or turn it over, do you have the same problems or do you only have them at the bottom?

The top row, card in the right looks a lot better.
It appears to only be the 2 card holder sports on the bittom jig
Yeah likely mechanical for sure.
I have attached a file of just a rectangle but with at 45deg and with a 0.5mm spaced fill, if the machine is not moving consistently you should notice uneven line spacing, and if there is a repeating problem it might be easier to identify.

Here is after cleaning and readjusting.
Looks even better with logo removed so print is bigger.
