I made a 4 x 4 x 8 - inside dimensions - with 0.118" thickness, and pasted your patterns onto it. I made it with no kerf offset, and made it in Cuttlehttps://cuttle.xyz/@LayeredPaperArt/Hinged-Lid-Box-4-x-4-x-8-0HakXk3Wou54

I haven’t tested it, but it should work.

OMGosh, I can’t believe how fast I received a response. I did, indeed, go to MakerSpace this morning and cut the box. Loving it! Although the tabs are a bit tight. I enlarged the corner holes; now the lid flips easily. I Googled and am thinking I might have to adjust the kerf setting; not sure what setting to start with?

File was made for 0.118" wood. If it’s tight, your wood is probably thicker. Measure it with a caliper.

Will do, thanks again!!!

OK, just checked and it is 0.118" .
