What does suspended mean on Task Manager?

Yesterday Lightburn worked. Last night there was a Windows 11 update. Now I cannot access Lightburn. I did a Windows rollback. Still no luck. When I go to task manager I get SUSPENDED next to lightburn. Not sure what to try next TY
