What size of mirrors should I use on 130w co2 laser

Hello everyone.

I have hard time choosing the right size of mirrors for my DIY CO2 130w laser.
Working are is 1500mm x 1000mm.
Right now I’m thinking about getting 30mm diameter mirrors.
Should I go with bigger mirrors?
Maybe 25mm is fine as well?

Should I buy laser head with water cooled lens?

This is all new for me and I can’t find much informations about this.
Thanks in advance for all answers and time.

If it means anything this 130W OmTech laser uses 25mm mirrors:

What are your needs? How you work and what you’re trying to do would determine your equipment needs.

If you use your laser for “normal” purposes, a lens (and the mirrors) rated for at least 130 Watts is good enough. Water cooling of laser heads I have only seen on metalworking lasers and other industrial special lasers.

Thank you a lot. I think that Im going to order this:

I could not see the specification that their lenses can handle 130 Watts. It’s possible I missed it.
If you see Cloudray’s products, it is clearly stated which Watt strength they are rated for.
