In the video, Frame is all over the place. The drawing is only 30mm wide.

No. You have to use an outside file share service.
Do not have a fiber machine, so I cannot help you there either, but lots of other members read these.

Put it someplace like on a google drive, set the protection so anyone with the link can read it.
Post the link here. You can highlight a block of characters and use the link icon to associate the link to those words or just drop it on the reply window.
If you frame with a bounding box, is it way larger? Is it still rectangular? I suspect a rogue shape or a single point could be causing an issue, but it’s pure speculation with out the file or a video

Try turning off frame individually
Do you mean Frame one layer at a time?
Nope, just the slider marked “frame individually”. Alternatively, group the elements in the design.
I hit frame and now it works (gremlin?). If I click 'Frame individually, it separates into two.
