Hello everyone just got a new laptop and lost everything now when i frame my xtool d1 pro it wont start engraving on red cross any suggestions please
Hi.
You need to re-enable the Laser Pointer Offset in Device Settings (a open end wrench and a screwdriver X).
Mine is X -16.00 Y 0.00
That should put You in a ballpark, fine tune if necessary.

Here’s simple instruction to set the red laser cross hairs:
Turn off the Laser Pointer Offset
Make a small box, like 40mm x 40 mm
Burn the box on a piece of scrap wood
Turn on the Laser Pointer offset.
Put an initial value into X and Y
Use the Red Cross hairs and position the Red X over the bottom left corner of the box you just burned
Burn the Box again.
It should burn exactly on top of the first box you burned.
If it doesn’t adjust the X and Y settings in the Laser Offset Screen
Repeat this until you get the results you are looking for
Once done you can now use the Red Cross Hairs to set your starting position instead of the laser beam
