When i hit the start button the laser slams to the right rail

I am running the latest version of Lightburn. I am attempting to laser a small project. I am using absolute coordinates and have set the laser to the center of the project. It frames perfectly but when I hit start the laser careens off to the right side and slams into the right rail. Not good. How can I fix this?

Enter $# in the Console window. The G54-G59 results should be all zeroes.
