When naming layers (colors) then putting part into art library names do not show up

Explain a bit further with an example.
If I name a color from c00 to say 12 x 22 Frame and file part. I then go to art library and insert it into the library and then insert in part from library the name goes back to c00
Ok. They only keep the shapes and the name you gave them upon importing into Art Library and not the name in the Cut Layers.
You can also Save as Template.
However I think it´s better to have the name and material settings in the Material Library.
