Hi, try with enabling laser mode setting (#32), go to edit and then edit machine settings.
If the engraver was designed for a spinning motor, a Machine Setting for $32=0 will be seen. This allows the motor to keep spinning as the head of the engraver moves. For a Laser, to enter Laser Mode, you set $32=1 to turn the laser fully-off between engraved lines.
Also, turn off Constant Power and be sure speed is set in mm / minute. A 10W engraver is quite slow.

The fastest way for me to see what is happening is to invite you to click File, click Save GCode and upload that file here.
This will show me how the laser has been set up in LightBurn and should show me which changes are needed.
The machine settings ($$ codes) you showed me look fine.
