The pictured lift table was a 3d-printed design I found somewhere. I don’t remember where, however, and a quick search of Thingiverse and Printables doesn’t help. I do remember that the printed lift used printed “hardware” (lead screw and threaded pins) that soon loosened and/or broke; I.e. it wasn’t a very robust design. I don’t recommend it.
The good news is that you can find a far better, metal, one out on Amazon… here.
I purchased the 4" x 4" model in case I should ever need one again… but they’re also available in 6" x 6" and 8" x 8" models and reasonably priced IMO.
