Which vector file to use

Often when I buy file packs for laser cutting, I end up with 10 times the same file with 10 differents extensions. All this takes up a lot of space on my computer for not much.
CDR,SVG,PNG,DXS,PDF,EPS,AI,DWG…
For example, an AI file will weigh 3000 kb, the same DXF file 360 kb and the SVG 21 kb.
Is there any point in keeping AI and DXF?
Thank you

All those files keep different information like fill colors for one example .
If you are happy with the info the svg has ,use that .
I would keep the others else where just in case you need their other info later.
