Please,
I have a laser cutter co2 Vevor which has lost x-y axis setting. The position is at 10 metres far to work plan (I see by software)
I have bought Lightburn and I have to change this parameters on machine and by sftw.

Please, could you help me?
To set as new the parameters- If I uninstall the current Lightburn sftw on my Mac (I haven’t anymore the installation key), can I install again it or not?

I have installed my Lightburn … please, let me know as I can solve the axis issue setting.

You need to clarify what is happening. The Ruida usually homes on boot, setting the x and y absolute position…

What is being lost?

Doubt the installation is a problem… so don’t remove and install the software.

Has this machine ever worked with this or any other software?

Are you using usb or Ethernet?

tks, I’m using USB connection. at the beginning it was working…for many months.
suddently, it has given error, I lost the ‘red’ light on my work plan by sftw (where is now???—10 meters -

) and the laser going ahead OVER race…
I don’t know how to set new x-y axis…
please, help me
