Your DPI/Interval is not quite right. An interval test is what you need to do in order to get the correct number.

When that happened to me, my power was too high. I have an 80W CO2, my settings are 25% power, 0.1 line interval, 300 mm/s. Might give that a shot to see.
There are others way smarter than me, but I have run small squares like 8mm x 8mm, and perform test with speed/pwr and LPI. I ran more test yesterday after running mirror alignments on my CO2. My magic number was 160/25 0.400 for my powder coated tumblers. Very shiny square now with all the coating burned off. No lines. Me happy…
I’ll have to try 0.4, never gone above 0.1 on mine. Sure would speed things up if the quality sticks!
