Why does this happen? Lightburn continues to reboot

Many occasions when I start a file the laser head move negatively and stops. I then close Lightburn or reload and the same thing occurs. Move over to Laser box software and works fine. This is what I am getting. (see snips)
I have rebooted the software and laser many times without success to this issue. Looking forward to any assistance and I am an infant in the laser world. Thank you.

Stop and Reboot

version

XTool D1 Version

I see some garbled data in the first Console window and solid connection in the second.

I believe the first console window is showing a reason for stopping and a job that didn’t stop properly.

If you repeat the test and copy/paste the error / fault message into a reply here I may be able to discern the reason it halted.

Good evening John,

Started my laptop. then the D1 laser and connected to the laptop. Loaded the file created this afternoon. Ran a FRAME and proceeded normally. Everything works until pressing START. Showed that there is a possibility to run outside of the boundary. Clicked OK and the module moved to the first location, the laser fired once and stopped… Then click STOP as the remainder of the file continues to load. This halts the file. I can reconnect the D1 and run the frame without trouble. Press START again and does the same as described above. The is the counsel information from the beginning.
Waiting for connection…

LightBurn isn’t rebooting. The ‘Guru Meditation Error’ refers to an unhandled exception in the controller. I’m stumped. I’ve asked the rest of the team for input on it. You’re not alone. I’ve seen this before with ESP32 based machines.
