New user/licensee, and I’m sure this is a simple setting or user error- but I don’t know what I’m doing and can’t seem to fix it. I’ve attached a photo of what I was trying to engrave, what it actually engraved, and my working file… I think.

I do not know anything about your machine but 6000mm / min is pretty fast. For the sake of a test only, try 1000 or 2000mm / min to start with.
