Why is power between 50-60% lacking when using LB? There is no problem with the other powers, you can see the laser in the 50%-60% range using EZCAD2

Replacing the computer didn’t help. Don’t know what’s causing this, everything else is fine.

Can you provide a LBRN file that is causing this issue?

Does the same happen if you use the same settings outside material testing?

So this is actually my laser machine that’s having this issue. I’ve been back and forth with Cloudray tech Support for days trying to work out what’s happening.
The best way to describe/visualise what is happening is when we use Ezcad2 we have 1 single power range, which is 1% thru to 100%. But when we use the lightburn software, it’s as though we now have 2 identical power ranges. 0% thru to 49%, then 50% thru to 100%. 10% power marks identical to 60% power. 20% power marks indentical to 70%, so on and so forth… The machine is a MP-60 LiteMarker Pro 60W Fiber Laser.
