Win 10 upgrade seems to have affected my laser power

I have a Atomstack X20 Pro. I accidentally wiped my hard drive upgrading from win7 to win10. Now my laser power output is greatly reduced. I used to be able to cut 3mm plywood at 300m/min 100
% power in one pass. Now, I barely engrave the wood at that setting. Right before the OS upgrade, no problem. right after the upgrade, no power. It does not seem to be a dirty lens issue - the laser spot is still tightly focused. I lost all of the pref settings during the upgrade so I just set to GRBL. any ideas as to what the problem could be?

  1. Make sure that S Value Max in Edit->Device Settings is set to 1000
  2. Make sure you’re indeed using mm/min. It’s possible you think you’re using mm/min but in fact using mm/s or something else

Make sure you reinstalled the USB drivers as well and the USB port is set to not power down if the computer thinks it should do so.

Fixed it! Appears it was set to mm/sec. I thought everything was moving way to fast.
