Windows 10 and lightburn autofocus not working

Hello all I hope someone can help I searched could not find anything so I had windows 7 with lightburn running a Atezr L2 36 watt now switch to windows 10 finely got things working so far except the autofocus is not working hit the button on light but nothing re-entered the number you use ESP500 but still nothing so need help thanks

Have you installed any driver files or other software that came with your Atezr L2?

I’m reminded of this forum thread, which I think you’ll find relevant.

Atezr L2 24 W. Auto Focus quite working and will not home

Auto focus quite working, worked great, then it will stick at the bottom, top or middle. When you turn the round knob at the top it will start, but will not complete. With this issue it will not home either.

otherwise can you provide us with some detail of what you’ve tried, screenshots, error messages and anything from the consol window that seems relevant.
