just plugged camera to install and my computer says it don’t not recognizing devise that is plugged in

What camera and what type of connection? What OS are you using?
Did you check whether you have installed the driver for your camera?. There are some specific drivers that do not get auto installed while giving windows 10. By the way what camera are you using?. It should have recognized by itself. Please check your usb cable and check for driver updates.
