lightBurn wont update it says it cant close down programs but none are running

Please reboot your computer, and try again. Something thinks something that needs to terminate has not. Reboot should clear this up. Please update us with your results.

I had the same problem on all of my computers and licenses…its the com surrogate . I rebooted numerous times with no luck…ended up hitting ignore…over the 5 computers I hve licensed I have run 23 different jobs since the update and have had no problems

You can also un-install the current version, then install the new one, and that should sort it.
