Original was/is a professional watercolor painting. Laser Engraved with OMTECH 60W/50W CO2 on white birch with MDF core 3mm in thickness.
I am hung up on getting the best rendition of an engraving from original art using CO2 laser.

Great image very nicely etched. I noticed the image is brown or sepia toned. Have you tried the baking powder precoat to get a more contrasting black and white finnish.
Ron, Yes, I have tried the various washes etc. Haven’t been real impressed with what I got from it. I happen to like the Sepia tone. My wife paints many of the engravings I do. Thanks for your response I appreciate it.
