I downloaded the 32 bit version by error, but my PC is a 64 bit. How do I change it to the correct version? Is this possibly the reason it it not connecting. I have a Toshiba laptop and the Ortur Laser master 2. The machine will Home itself but when I plug in the USB cable and go to Find Laser option, the progress bar speeds through and then no machine is detected. Any suggestions? Can anyone please advise what can be done. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall using the 64 bit. Waiting answer. What do I need to do to connect my ortur laser master 2 to my lightburn. Please assist, lighturn doesn’t recognize my laser
