If you do not have 4 limit switches (one at each end of the travel), enter in the Console $21=0.
Enter $30=1000
In the Device Settings window, Basic Settings tab, S-value Max, enter 1000.
Enter $23=1
Enter $10=0 (if the Home positions have large numbers, this should fix)
This should get you ready for checking the Jog directions.
I tried to move back again (using that same arrow as before, highlighted yellow) and it went back to the Right Rear again. Pasting console of everything from G10 L2 P1 X0 Y0 to the reattempt at moving the laser to the rear.

Home the machine and report the positions after the G10 command.
In the Move window, set the Speed to 500 (to slow things down).
Set the Distance to 5mm.
Home the machine.
Click the Right arrow.
What direction does it go?
We are going to attack this one piece at a time.
We now shift to the Lightburn Machine settings window to make the corrections. If the Xaxis goes the wrong way, look for the $3 parameter for X and flip the switch.
Once the Xaxis is correct and Jog works, the Yaxis is next.
ReHome the machine. Click on the Up arrow. The Yaxis should move a little bit to the rear. If it does not, look for the $3 parameter for the Yaxis and flip that switch.
If this fixes X&Y Jog, let me know. If it still runs away, let me know that too.
You can make the Continous Jog switch appear in the Move window with the Enable J$ Jogging in the Device Settings window, Basic Settings tab.

I didnāt get a screenshot of it but upon opening the Lightburn software this morning, it said my controller is showing or reporting 380 X 380 and that I had entered in X as 238.1 and Y as 344.4.
i did do that a couple of days ago, i entered those measurements because that is the size of the piece i was going to laser. It asked me if i want to set it back to 380 X 380, i clicked yes and it homed to the left rear.
Before I go any further, or follow the instructions you sent, what should I do given this new homing position (left rear).
The GRBL parameters are not something you change every day. You set them and leave them alone. They define the machine, not the work. Yes was the correct answer.
Before WE go any further, confirm where the limit switches are physically located. Use the image in posting #9 above to tell us where the Xaxis switch and the Yaxis switche is located. Just because it went to a particular corner does not mean that is the Home position.The switches determine that location and cannot be changed.

The only thing hurting my feelings is this expensive machine not doing what I want it to do.
I added red dots to show where the limit switches are located (did not add the dots to show Z axis).

I apologize for not getting to the solution before now, but the CNC switch was not on my radar although I knew about it. I never had to use it myself. Glad you are good to go!
