X and Y axis goes towards back right when trying to go in small increments from home position

Hi, I have Foxalien Masuter Pro 4040, runs on GRBL firmware. I have the 2.0.02 version of Lightburn. I have Windows 11.

Issue started yesterday.

Issue: After homing the machine, I attempted to move the X and Y axis in small increments and it was going in the opposite direction exceeding limits even though my soft and hard limits was set. I then changed setting $3=0 to $3=3. It fix the direction of the X and Y axis however my homing no longer worked. So I entered $RST=* to go fresh. Homing works now but now when I click Move ^ or > (to move X or Y) machine moves in one complete move all the way to the back right corner. From the right back corner I try to move in small increments (2mm) to the left front, machine will go about 10 mm then shoot it right back to right back corner. My work space is 377mmx377mm.

Please help!!

Do a homing cycle. Check the move window, which position is reported after the cycle? I think it’s not 0,0?
Edit:
And make sure to use the “cnc machine” setting in device settings, since it’s a cnc mechanics, right? Where does it home to?
