X and Y guides crossing on tip of cursor

How to activate and de activate X and Y guides which are crossing at tip of cursor.

Perhaps turning on Edit → Settings → Display & Units → Show Full Screen Line Cursor will do what you want:

I did activate on 1 computer, but I have no idea how…
