Yea I think the Y is perfect, I tired pulling by myself and it didn’t work. I’ll loosen it and move the motor back. Fingers crossed that helps. Thanks again for all the insight.
While you have your head in there, see if the X axis motor pulley has a setscrew in plain sight or (worse) hidden in its teeth. My machine has pressed-on pulleys, but some have setscrews and one was loose, which they only found after a protracted search eliminated everything else.

Well I’ve managed to strip one of the bolts on the motor trying to tigthen the belt. I freaking give up.
As my buddy Eks taught me back in the day: “If you don’t strip a screw every now and then, you’re not tightening the rest of them nearly enough.” ![]()
