Hi, I’ve recently bought a new machine (Feungsake 1010 11W), after assembling it and following all the steps for installation, I can’t get the X axis to move correctly. The machine moves up and down correctly, when I use the arrows on Lightburn, but not sideways. I’ve contacted the seller and we’ve tried so many things already and none of them have worked so far. I’ve tried to update the gbrl firmware, currently it’s running on 1.1h. It only moved sideways when I used the Z axis port, connected to the X motor and used the MOVE Z+ button on Lightburn, but when I use the usual button it doesn’t work. Also, after updating the firmware, the machine is moving very slowly now. Can anybody please help!
It is possible the driver module for the Xaxis is bad or inserted poorly.
