X7/Lightburn diagnostic

When i do Find my laser give me what i am assuming is a generic 10mm x 10mm laser then the options are next or cancel…no finish option…if i select next allows me to put in dementons. If i change the dimensions similar to my machine. LB give a screen of that size but the functions of a 10mm x 10mm job. Ie: I move the laser to the opposite side of the screen and the laser indicates it has only moved a few mm from the home position.
I have COMPLETELY uninstalled Lightburn and reinstalled. Uninstalled/reinstalled X7 and verified the CH30 driver is installed.
Is there anyway to run a diagnostic to verify the X7 control board has not gone bad. I have tested everything thing i can think of. Only 2 to 3 out of 20+ tests get the same results

The Find My Laser tool pre populates with the settings that the controller board has on the firmware for the X and Y axis size. Given that it’s coming in with 10x10, that’s what your firmware likely has set as the work area.

We’ll need some more information to properly diagnose this issue, could you provide us with answers to the following?

What is the actual working area of your laser, and both the make/model?

To what corner does your machine ‘home’ to?

Please run these commands in Console (Top menu bar in LightBurn > ‘Window’ > ‘Console’) - press enter after each line. This will make your laser output the settings stored on the firmware for us to review.

Then, right click in the Console, select all, and copy + paste the full output into your reply here. Please do not send photos of your screen.
