Good day, I’m using lightburn with my xtool d1 pro 10w, I notice a difference in power between the 2 programs.
When using xcs to cut 3mm basswood the setting are 100% 3mm/s and it’s working perfect.
When using Lightburn with the same setting it doesn’t go through and the laser seems to pulse.
Check to make sure you don’t have ‘Perforation Mode’ enabled in LightBurn - that could lead to the laser pulsing as you’re describing.
If that doesn’t help, please share a screenshot of your device settings in LightBurn (‘Edit’ > ‘Device Settings’), as well as an example .lbrn2 project file you’re working with, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
Thank you Tyler for your fast answer, that was my problem, I turn off the perforation mode and turn on the constant power mode and everything seems to work good.
