XTool D1 10W just spins and spins when framing or engraving. Just started doing this and I’ve cut lots of tumblers previously. After spinning at least 5 x, it will start engraving. Please help! Need to be able to accurately frame

Just an idea, did you reload the .lbdev file? I know the xTool uses one.

You can drag it onto the Lightburn grid. If you do not have the file, you will need someone else to help you.
If it was working before the update, you should already have the file somewhere on your laptop.

If all else fails (and with anything xTool it usually does), reverting to the previous version usually helps.
Even though the LB staff try their best and do everything in their power for us xTool users, xTool has the habit of making things difficult.

In the past my position field, out of the blue, would populate to a large number and if I didn’t reset it to zero, mine rotary would spin and spin and spin before engraving. Annoying when I forgot. And then it just stopped doing it, and hasn’t done it for a long time. May be totally unrelated but something simple to check.
