XTool D1 acting erratic

I just finished burning an graphic, went to start another and now my XTool D1 is acting erratic. It will go to home no problem, when I try to frame the next graphic the laser head stays on a straight line. I’ve rebooted the computer, unplugged the XTool, done everything I know. Laser head won’t frame a new image. I tried burning an image and it only burned a straight line. Any help would be appreciated.

It is also acting erratic in Laser box

Maybe better you call for xtools assistance, if act like this no matter software you use.

Problem solved. The Enable Rotary button got selected accidentally and I didn’t notice it. Everything is working fine again.
