Has anyone seen a laser jump in the middle of running a file? I have randomly been having an issue where the laser head will randomly jump in the middle of processing a file.

Presumably this is the problem you are pointing out?:
Does this happen for you only when using the rotary?
(Roughly) how often does this happen - once in every ten jobs?
What speed are you running the fill at?
If you run the same job again will the jump happen in the same place?
If it does, the next troubleshooting step would be to halve your engraving speed and check the results. Especially since you indicated that this is happening to you more in the middle of a rotary job - which is typically where graphics are more complex and where the speeds are higher…
