XTOOL D1 laser probleem

Hallo, ik gebruik Lightburn 2.0.05 , nu werk de laser wel maar hij brand niet, hij staat op 100% ,vroeger was het mogenlijk om dat in de machinesetting aan te passen maar dat gaat niet meer.

Wat moet ik nu doen ..

You need to do some diagnostics…

  1. Does the laser beam come on when using the Fire button in the Move window?
  2. Does the laser operate normally otherwise?
  3. Have you checked all plugs and connections for being secure?
  4. Did you try engraving a highly reflective metal?
  5. Did this happen all at once or was it intermittent before it failed completely?
  6. Is this happening all the time or does it fail after running for a length of time?
  7. Have you been running the laser at 100% power output?

Hi.

A few things to add on the list of things to check @MikeyH posted:

  1. Does it work with 1.7.x?
  2. Do You have the latest firmware in the controller and the latest lbdev. file in the software?
  3. Have You replaced / removed+re-inserted the SD card?
  4. Is the “write enable” switch in the correct position?

Thanks for the replies. I’ve been working on those settings for two days now, but I can’t figure it out. I’ve reinstalled the software and firmware, and here are two photos of the screen.
Now it’s also in the mirror…

Hi.

You’re welcome.

I have not encountered the problem You’re having (yet anyway), so unfortunately I’m not able to help further.

You can upload photos with the “upload” function on the edit bar on top of the edit box, the thick horizontal bar with an arrow pointing upwards symbol.

I do not know how much of the metadata is transferred with the file, so that’s one thing to keep in mind if such things are something You’re concerned about.

Pics/photos do work, but screenshots are the preferred method when it’s something on the screen You’re wishing to show.
