Xtool D1 Pro 20W and Lightburn 1.4 not emgraving images on RA2

I have a X-tool D1 Pro 20w with Lightburn 1.4, for some reason i can engrave text and when I trace an image it will engrave the trace but make me mirror it in the rotary settings, but when I just try to do an image now it will frame but wont engrave, the red crosshairs just flash and it does nothing,

any help would be much appreciated!

Rotary is usually set up on the Y axis not the Z
