Xtool D1 Pro 20W false hard limit switch error

I am using light burn with an Xtool
D1 Pro 20W laser. It is giving me an error that the hard limit was triggered, but the head is nowhere near the boundaries of the machine. It keeps saying that rehoming is highly recommended

Maybe it is actually an out of bounds message, meaning your part in the drawing is too close to a machine limit. Make sure you do not have a large overscan setting.

I am using the same machine - XTool D1 Pro and am having similar issues. If I try to jog the laser head from the home position I get the same error and limit alarm. What is a good 'overscan’setting, Where do I find it? @MikeyH

What you describe is not an overscan issue. Start a new thread and describe your problem in the title.
