I have been having problems with my laser not cutting. It just started today, so I started doing some research and have found that it is most likely my lens. I found a thread on here where Rich stated that he took his out, and someone else commented on the thread and said that they have read somewhere that people have been using their diode laser without a lens. My question is, is it going to hurt my machine if I run it without a lens. Is the lens necessary?
