Assuming the GRBL settings are correct then this should never occur as long as you conform to the following: The laser is homed at the start of each session After homing you never move the laser by hand; use jogging controls exclusively Have “Enable out of bounds warning” enabled in Edit->Device Settings and don’t ignore warning Furthermore, I suggest you use Absolute Coords as your Start from mode until you are extremely comfortable with the function of your laser.
