For some reason my count down timer is gone. At first it was there but was finishing (Getting to zero) before the laser was done, but now it’s gone altogether. (Located on the top of the “Laser” window)
It appears when you run a job or no?
When I run a job it DOES NOT appear. I did in the past, and it does on my other hobby machine. I have 2 setups.
I found it was too short of a job. On a longer job it shows up, but it finishes way too early. The timing is off. I’m using xTool D1 Pro for hardware.
I’ve been using the additional settings, under devise settings to get the preview time to match the actual burn time. (Vevor a7 5watt diode)
I don’t have it dialed in perfectly yet, kind of a work in process.

“Read From The Controller” function is one of those many things xTool controller/firmware does not support/allow, so dialing it in by hand is the only option for us xTool users.
